Why I Built The ReVue

I spent twenty years as a Strategic HR Business Partner, advising CHROs and senior executives through organizational change, leadership transitions, and enterprise workforce transformation inside Fortune 500 organizations.
I saw the same challenges over and over again, leaders with limited support,
managers without the right tools, and growing businesses trying to build people infrastructure on the fly.
I founded The ReVue because the systems that support new leaders inside Fortune 500 companies aren't accessible to the managers who need them most.
That's why I created The ReVue.
